In January 2026, NTHA has elected new officers for the year. Matt Carney of Elite Timber Harvesting will be NTHA President. Paul Reining of R Ranch will be the Vice-President, Frank Sperry of Sperry Logging and Transport will be the Secretary and Cynthia Traore of Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission will be the Treasurer.
During the February 2026 board meeting, NTHA and the program manager decided to add Monroe and Carbon counties to the NTHA footprint. Both counties are in reachable distance for education and promotion. This also gives NTHA the opportunity for member expansion and industry support.
