The NTHA will reimburse members fifty percent toward the cost of Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) courses they attend with proof of completion.
In addition to a scholarships for post-secondary students in forestry, NTHA offers the grants to support members expansion efforts and the regions community organizations interested in educating the public about the importance of the wood industry to the Northern Tier.
We provide financial support to local events and programs that help educate our youth about forestry such as the annual Woodland Resources Adventure camp, 4-H Forestry Team, Woodland Owners Conferences, Log a Load Childrens Miracle Network, and the State Envirothon.
